Christian Sande was born and raised in Minnesota. Throughout law school and for ten years after his admission to the bar, Christian was employed by one of the most prominent law firms in Minnesota, and traveled nationwide in representing the firm’s clients in antitrust and securities class actions, agricultural and environmental matters, commercial litigation, and political law.
Since founding Christian Sande LLC in 2006, Mr. Sande has successfully prosecuted cases on behalf of individual investors who were victims of financial fraud and negligence of their brokers and financial advisors. He has pursued class actions alongside some of the largest plaintiffs’ firms in the nation on behalf of businesses and individuals who were victims of price-fixing, monopolization and consumer fraud. He also provides legal counsel to political candidates, committees, and lobbyists. He has published articles and is a regular media commentator on political and legal issues in Minnesota.
